Private Label Project Development Executive

Full time 9am to 5pm office based (Romford, Essex)

Stoneglow, a leading UK Candle and Home Fragrance manufacturing, are seeking an experienced Private Label Project Development Executive. The successful candidate will be covering sales & development and is responsible for managing and running the portfolio and introducing new business for the contract period. You will be a natural, inspirational leader, have a highly commercial approach.

You will have worked for a brand at Sales Manager or Project Developer or similar level, with experience of supplying to a variety of different retailers in the UK and overseas. Working in a Private Label capacity an advantage.

Responsibilities:
The development of new products per each client’s brief, includes determining specifications, CPA’s, pricing, material sourcing.
Ensuring products are designed accurately and cost effectively.
Manging the up keep on the portfolios passed to you
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationship
Working to sales targets
Attending key account meetings, negotiating terms, closing the deal!
Full understanding of margin, pricing and range plan, playing a key part in range direction and signs offs
Working with the design and product teams on new product development for the client to ensure we meet the brief
Ensuring critical path is adhered to with orders delivered on time and within margins
Ensuring the QC is meet for the client
Attend UK and International Trade Shows
Ad hoc admin duties

Experience in a consumer product area, working for a brand
A positive, proactive approach – a can-do attitude
Two years + in project development
Experience of working on private label development projects is ideal
Friendly disposition and a real team player!

Car owner with full driving licence

30K-£40K depending on experience
