Keepsake - Ceramic - Fireside Embers | Leather, Tobacco & Cognac - Reed Diffuser 200ml

I bought this with the matching candle. The idea is lovely but the gold paint around the top of one and the bottom of the other was uneven and scratched. I sent photos to customer's services but was told that these scratches and uneven paintwork was part of the charm of them being hand painted. I was given the opportunity to return the items for a refund at my own expense, which I was not happy about as in my view the quality was below my expectations for something that originally cost £60. I’m so happy I finally managed to get my hands on this! Such high quality and a nice fragrance but to be honest I bought this reed diffuser for aesthetics more than anything else. The cosy Christmas scene design featured on the ceramic dish with the gold accents is stunning. A definite keepsake item which I look forward to displaying year after year at Christmas time.
