Avoid
As per the other review on this refill, it’s a poor version of the original scent you get with the diffuser. It was that poor I sent it back, convinced there was a problem with it - I actually spent 50% of the value of the bottle to do so, I was that convinced. I should have known what was about to come, when it was made clear return postage wouldn’t be paid if the item was found to not be faulty, but I was THAT sure I decided to send it anyway. Alas, and in hindsight not surprisingly, customer services rejected my claim saying they hadn’t had any other complaints about this (surprising) and there wasn’t an issue with the ‘batch’. After numerous emails I just kept getting told it was no different from the other refills they had. This in itself is alarming as it suggests the refills are deliberately inferior. All I wanted was for it to be compared to the original, because it was so obviously different when compared side by side. Having been a customer for a while, this will be the final purchase I make from Stoneglow - there are many other alternatives and it’s a competitive market.

No scent
Really disappointed with the two refills bottles I purchased - can’t smell anything. I have turned the wooden stems a few times and nothing. Usually my children or guests comment on the smell when I have stone glow diffusers but they are unable to pick up on any scent. A waste of money.
