This is my third delivery of this item. Normally I am very happy with the order but this time the box arrived and was very battered and inside one of the candles was smashed and there was glass everywhere in the box. The candles were packed poorly with two together causing them to smash. I have emailed and asked for a replacement but have not received a response. ***Stoneglow reply*** Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate the time spent in doing so. We're sorry to hear your experience with Stoneglow did not meet with your expectations this time. We apologise on behalf of EVRI for the state of the box, we have raised this issue with our courier. As a standard, the unwanted candles are packed separately in wrapping to ensure the candles are delivered safely, however on this occasion, this was not the case. We do apologise for this and the packing team have been made aware, to ensure this does not happen again. You will shortly receive an email from our team, to arrange for a replacement to be sent out for any damages. Assuring you of our best intentions.

What a good idea to sell products that quite aren't up to standard, as you still get amazing candles. I got 5 for £40 which I thought was pretty good. Some seem to be in perfect condition. Will definitely buy again!

‘The Wanted’
I received 5 candles - 4 from the same collection (different scents) and a fifth a different one. While undoubtedly these were excellent value, personally I would have preferred a slightly more varied selection. But I will definitely purchase again in the future.

Great surprise candle selection
As always, a selection of candles packed with care by Tina. I buy the unwanted selection as I like the 'surprise element. The candles are high quality and the scents are lovely. I used the special instruction box to ask for some reed wick candles and some were included. Thank you and I will enjoy the candle selection.
