Beautiful product, poor delivery
I love the product, but it was delivered by Evri. My neighbour saw the delivery person throw the parcel over our fence into the courtyard, and they took it in before anyone could steal it. I was in, but Evri never tried delivering it to the door. The item was packed really well, so it was unharmed. In my opinion, a luxury item like this should absolutely not be delivered by a crappy company like Evri. I would happily pay more for a safer delivery. Hi Miina, Thank you for your feedback. Have bought this for a tree gift so can't really comment on the product quality. However it came very well packaged and it looks really nice and it is something the recipient will appreciate.
